Refund policy
At Yannaa's Sweets, we take great care in preparing and packaging our treats to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and freshness. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds.
Please note the following:
1. Perishable Goods: All our treats are perishable and made to order, which makes them ineligible for returns.
2. Order Accuracy: We encourage you to carefully review your order before placing it. Once an order has been submitted and processed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
3. Incorrect Orders: If your order contains incorrect items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will work to resolve the issue by either replacing the item(s) or providing store credit at our discretion.
4. Allergy & Ingredient Awareness: It is the customer’s responsibility to review product descriptions, including ingredient lists and allergen information, prior to purchase.
