Shipping policy
Please review the following policy regarding order processing, shipping, and deposits:
Order Deadlines
1. Standard Orders: Must be placed at least 24 hours in advance to allow adequate preparation time.
2. Party Treat Orders: Must be placed at least 2 weeks in advance due to the additional time required for larger and custom orders.
Deposits
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all orders at the time of booking to secure your spot.
• The remaining balance is due at the time of order pickup or delivery unless otherwise agreed upon.
Pick-Up & Refund Policy
• Orders must be picked up at the agreed-upon time.
• Once an order is picked up, no refunds will be given.
• Deposits are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by an error on our end (e.g., incorrect order or failure to meet agreed-upon terms).
Changes or Cancellations
• Any changes to your order must be requested as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee adjustments for orders within the stated deadline.
