Shipping policy

Please review the following policy regarding order processing, shipping, and deposits:

Order Deadlines

1. Standard Orders: Must be placed at least 24 hours in advance to allow adequate preparation time.

2. Party Treat Orders: Must be placed at least 2 weeks in advance due to the additional time required for larger and custom orders.


Deposits

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all orders at the time of booking to secure your spot.

The remaining balance is due at the time of order pickup or delivery unless otherwise agreed upon.


Pick-Up & Refund Policy

Orders must be picked up at the agreed-upon time.

Once an order is picked up, no refunds will be given.

Deposits are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by an error on our end (e.g., incorrect order or failure to meet agreed-upon terms).


Changes or Cancellations

Any changes to your order must be requested as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee adjustments for orders within the stated deadline.
